    • Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies to maintain your session and improve performance.

    • To provide, maintain, and improve the LawBot platform and its AI-powered services.
    • To match clients with appropriate verified lawyers based on their legal needs and location.
    • To send you important service updates, legal alerts, and (with your consent) marketing communications.
    • To verify lawyer credentials against Pakistan Bar Council records.
    • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
    • To comply with applicable Pakistan laws and regulations.

    Sharing of information

    • With lawyers: When you connect with a lawyer through LawBot, relevant case details you provide are shared with that lawyer.
    • Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors (hosting, analytics, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements.
    • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by Pakistani law, court order, or government authority.
    • We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

    • Sensitive data including legal consultation notes is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
    • Access to user data is restricted to authorised LawBot personnel on a need-to-know basis.
